Roland Kyedrebeogo is an author, trainer, executive coach, and certified facilitator with the International Finance Corporation (IFC – World Bank Group) and the John Maxwell Team (USA). He is an accredited trainer of trainers for the United Nations system and a graduate of Sciences Po, the University of Cape Town (Leadership for African Development), and Draper University in Silicon Valley (Entrepreneurship).

With over 24 years of professional experience across banking, finance, digital transformation and organizational performance, Roland has successfully designed and led high-impact programs across Africa for governments, development finance institutions, SMEs, NGOs, and private sector organizations.

A recognized expert in entrepreneurship and SME development, Roland works extensively with small and growing businesses on business growth, financial management, cash flow optimization, sales performance, operational efficiency, and access to finance. He supports entrepreneurs and SMEs in strengthening financial discipline, improving bankability, preparing investment readiness strategies, and unlocking funding opportunities through debt, grants, and blended finance mechanisms. He has coached and mentored entrepreneurs through initiatives supported by the Tony Emelulu Foundation and the French Development Agency (AFD).

Roland holds dual project management certifications (Project Management Professional – PMP and Certified International Project Manager) and has led complex multi-country initiatives in digital development, including e-health, e-agriculture, e-education, and logistics systems, while supporting institutional capacity building and organizational transformation.

He is the Founder and CEO of the ILLIMITIS Group (Burkina Faso, Senegal, Ivory Coast), whose mission is to strengthen organizational performance through people development and digital transformation, and Co-Founder of MOVE SKILLS, an African edtech initiative democratizing access to soft skills and future skills.

Specialized in leadership, team effectiveness, management, communication, performance, and SEM finance, Roland and his teams have designed and delivered learning and coaching programs that have reached over 7,500 participants in nearly 25 countries through training, facilitation, conferences, executive coaching, and team-building interventions.

Known for his engaging, practical, and human-centered facilitation style, Roland combines adult learning methodologies, coaching, and operational experience to help leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams translate knowledge into measurable performance and sustainable impact.

He is also the author of The Miracles of Focus and creator of the Art of Focus methodology, helping individuals and organizations improve clarity, productivity, and execution in increasingly complex environments. Roland is a Knight of the Order of Merit for Commerce and Industry of Burkina Faso and an active member of several professional and social networks.
