My name is Wilson Idahor. I am the managing consultant/CEO of Top Consulting Inc. I am an experienced business development consultant with over 20 years’ experience in various capacities spanning several industries including business and financial consultancy, renewable energy, equipment leasing and management, information technology, sales and marketing, banking and finance, telecommunications, and general logistics in a number of countries, including Nigeria, Ghana and Liberia. I have successfully managed several projects with my team for both public and private institutions, as well as international agencies, such as World Bank/IFC, USAID, UNMIL, AfDB, Management Sciences for Health (MSH), Cuttington University Graduate School, Kakata Teacher Training Institute (KRTTI) and several local and international NGOs, including Oxfam, BSC Monrovia/Spark Liberia, Private Financing Advisory Network (PFAN), Mercy Corps, etc.

My areas of specialization include capacity development, strategic planning, management and financial consultancy, project management, access to finance/micro-finance, SME/entrepreneurship development, renewable energy project development, HRM and organizational development, training needs assessment, project survey and evaluation, curriculum development and training of trainers (TOT), coaching and mentorship.

I have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the prestigious Lagos Business School of the PAN African University, Lagos, Nigeria, and IESE Business School Barcelona, Spain. I have also attended several workshops and seminars locally and internationally.

I am a World Bank/IFC-certified African School Management & curriculum developer consultant and an IFC-LPI TPMA certified trainer. I am also a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and a founding member of the Consortium of Business Development Services Providers in Liberia (CBDSPL). I am the president of the Liberian Business Angel Network (a network of local investors) focused on providing business development support and seed capital investment in promising start ups in Liberia. I serve as a business development adviser to the Business Startup Center at the University of Liberia and the Entrepreneurship Center at Nimba County Community College (NCCC).

As part of my passion for giving back to the society; I am a member of the Rotary Club of Monrovia (a humanitarian organization that implements programs to increase peace, health and economic livelihood of the less privileged). I am an astute master trainer, coach and mentor; a business development and strategic planning expert, IT analyst, SMEs/entrepreneurship development specialist and a serial entrepreneur and business angel investor.
