Loise Mboo is a seasoned leadership development specialist, executive facilitator/trainer, and organizational development consultant with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering transformative leadership, capacity-building, and organizational strengthening initiatives across Africa.
She has successfully worked with financial institutions, governments, development partners, civil society organizations, and private sector organizations to strengthen leadership capacity (across all levels), improve organizational performance, and advance women's participation in leadership and decision-making. Loise possesses a buffet of expertise in customer experience, curriculum development, gender intelligence, financial inclusion, executive coaching, stakeholder engagement, learning design, and organizational transformation.
She has designed and facilitated leadership development programs for emerging leaders, middle managers, senior executives, public sector leaders, entrepreneurs, women professionals, and youth leaders across East Africa. She has also built and supported E-learning platforms for 3 different organisations, providing monthly courses for 4000 users. Additionally, she has developed a Trainer of Trainers Manual, produced a customer experience training video, and developed numerous training handbooks for trainers/facilitators.
Through her work as Founder of the Adira Women's Network, she has developed and facilitated leadership development programmes across industries such as tech (Women in Tech Leadership Masterclass, financial services, civil society, and public sector. Through her training and coaching approach, she has helped hundreds of women professionals to build confidence, strengthen leadership capabilities, navigate career progression, and prepare for senior leadership positions.
Loise has trained close to 10,000 participants, and her facilitation style combines practical leadership tools, executive coaching techniques, experiential learning methodologies, peer learning approaches, and real-world case studies that enable participants to translate learning into measurable workplace impact.
She has also served as a part-time lecturer at Daystar University & Pac University in Kenya and was a lead facilitator of the Public Management Track at the Young African Leadership Center in Nairobi for two years.
