Boru Shana is a senior consultant and program management professional with over a decade of successful experience based at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) Ethiopia. Boru specializes in designing and implementing entrepreneurship and business development programs for growth potential MSMEs in different sectors, and entrepreneurial life cycle, trainers’ capacity building and professional development programs, instructional system design, public and corporate entrepreneurship, and innovation, entrepreneurship ecosystem building services, entrepreneurship education at learning institutions.

He holds a Master’s Degree in development studies obtained from Addis Ababa University, high-level accredited certifications by, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) EMPRETEC International Master Trainer (IMT), ATD Master Instructional System Designer (MISD), ATD Evaluating Learning Impact Certificate, and Certified IFC-LPI TPMA trainer.

Boru’s professional goal is to impact people and organizations to unleash their personal and business results and stay resilient in the face of the ever-changing and competitive business world. He enjoys reading and having time with his family.
