I am a seasoned professional based out of India with 20 years of experience in the domain of financial inclusion and Microenterprise financing. In these core areas, I have been involved in assignments of varied natures including training, advisory, market research, institutional assessments, portfolio audits, credit ratings, risk management, impact assessments, and M&E. I have worked in 17 countries in Asia, Africa, and Europe. I have particularly been involved in some pioneering work in Saving Group Linkages in Africa leading to formal financial inclusion of VSLAs with banks using technology platforms.

I have delivered over 150 pieces of training and trained over 3000 professionals on various technical aspects of microfinance and microenterprise financing.

I have worked for clients like World Bank, IFC, GIZ, CARE International, MasterCard Foundation, Water.org, IDH, Access to Finance Rwanda, MISFA (Afghanistan), several banks, MFIs, investors, development financial institutions, and industry associations.
