I hold a Master of Science in NGO and development management from the University of East London, United Kingdom, a postgraduate diploma in business administration from Makerere University Business School, bachelor's degree in development studies from Uganda Christian University Mukono.

I have other certificates in consultancy management from Uganda Management Institute and am a certified gender change agent from Digital Frontiers Institute.

With over 10 years of work experience and 6+ years in senior management roles, I have been leading learning and development functions in different organizations and across different industries including health, automobile, banking/financial services, and education.
