Ayodele Awi is an educational consultant, career coach, and water resources expert with a strong record of advancing professional capacity development in Africa. As a registered engineer and water resources expert with extensive public‑sector experience in water resources management, hydrology, climate resilience, and environmental engineering, he has contributed to national hydrological services and water sector policy development in Nigeria and was selected as an AIG Scholar for the Master of Public Policy at the University of Oxford, recognising his leadership potential in public‑sector transformation.

Ayodele is also the founder of Career Drive, a capacity‑building and educational consultancy organisation established to help young professionals access global opportunities and strengthen employability through structured training, coaching, and career development programmes. His work aligns strongly with the objectives of the IFC’s Grow Learn Connect initiative—promoting high‑quality learning experiences, strengthening organisational capability, and equipping professionals with practical, globally relevant skills that improve performance and drive sustainable development outcomes.
