Gbenga is a management consultant, an analytical business development strategist, and a facilitator. He is passionate about helping organizations grow and achieve their goals and objectives. He has consulted several MSMEs in the areas of strategy planning and business development, financial planning, and tax management, as well as in training.

He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Chartered Tax Practitioner. He is also a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. He is a certified BDSP (Business Development Service Provider) from the Enterprise Development Centre, EDC, of the Pan-African University. He has acquired over Nineteen (19) years of organizational experience in different industries such as financial services, manufacturing, construction, and management consulting.

As a facilitator, he has helped many organizations meet their needs by facilitating different learning events, team building, and strategy sessions. Some of the learning solutions he provided have helped organizations in the areas of leadership, business development, coaching, team building, strategy, personal effectiveness, and employee engagement among others.

He has held roles in finance and accounting and is passionate about positively influencing people and sharing knowledge. His employment experience includes Sunflag Nigeria Limited, Haggai Mortgage Bank, Slava-Yeditepe Construction Group where he was Head of Accounts, and Saacrose Limited, a professional services firm and people development company, where he currently works as a business development manager.

Gbenga is happily married, and counsels young people across divides on realizing their personal goals. He also lectures strategic management, risks, corporate governance, and ethics at Equatorial Tutor Limited, a study center that prepares students for the professional examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
