Nnennaya is an accomplished professional with 20 years combined expertise in public health, leadership, administration, project management, and capacity building across public and private sectors. She holds a first degree in Medicine and master's degrees in Public Health and Business Administration. She is a certified Project Management Professional and trainer/facilitator.

She is an alumnus of the World Bank Health System Strengthening and Sustainable Healthcare Financing for Universal Health Coverage course, as well as the World Health Organisation Advanced Course on Healthcare Financing. She is also an alumnus of the Dale Carnegie Advanced Women's Leadership Programme.

Presently, she combines the roles of a Deputy Director, Technical Advisor and Programme Lead for a leadership development initiative that has successfully trained over 300 persons in 2 years.

Nnennaya is passionate about strengthening organisational systems, facilitating institutional reforms, building capacity and supporting young people to achieve their full potentials.

She is available for one-on-one and group engagements.
