Gloria is a professional trainer with over 10 years of work experience coordinating and delivering leadership, business, research, and public health training. She strongly advocates for women's and girl-child rights in all spheres of life through advocacy, inclusion, and accountability. She holds a master's degree in business administration (major in management) and a bachelor's degree in development studies (major in rural development), is an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI East Africa), and volunteers as a coach for the Quest Fellowship Program. She is also a passionate active farmer who trains a few underprivileged women and girls mainly those with disabilities, teenagers, and single mothers.
