With a background in software engineering and a business and entrepreneurship certificate from Dartmouth College, Rabia Moussa is an expert in digital strategy and development with significant experience working for various United Nations agencies and consulting for the World Bank on projects related to citizen engagement, gender, and digital initiatives.

Currently, she serves as the Research and Learning Manager for the USAID Sahel Collaboration and Communication (SCC) project. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of Developpe-Les, an NGO dedicated to empowering youth and women. Additionally, Rabia co-leads the Google Developer Group Niamey and mentors for Google Women TechMakers in Francophone West Africa. Her work is driven by a commitment to leveraging digital, entrepreneurial, and research skills to address critical challenges locally and globally.
