I am Emmanuel Diabolo, a Liberian and a professional. With more than 10 years of professional work experience that cut across Public (Government Ministries), Private (Bilateral and multilateral partners) sectors, I believe I could be part of the team to implement academic and skill-based learning approaches to meet Cuttington University’s goal. Over the years, I obtained an MBA in Finance after my two undergraduate degrees in both Accounting and Economics from Cuttington University. I further obtained an advanced Certificate in Government and World Bank Accounting and Project Management at the Keyan School of Government, Nairobi, Kenya.

In skills and training-related experiences, I am a certified trainer, Training Trainers on social impact, social enterprise development, and commercial DQ strategy in sales science. Moreover, I am a trainer of the International Labor Organization (ILO)- Start to Improve Your Business (SIYB) with four packages: Generate Your Business Idea (GYBI), Start Your Business (SYB), Improve Your Business (IYB), and Expand Your Business (EYB) for adult learners and enterprises based on the assessment and training needs.

Additionally, I worked for the Ministry of Education as a classroom teacher at the government-run Dolokelen Gboveh High School in Gbarnga city, Bong County. I was fully engaged with classroom management, preparing lesson plans, and implementing them based on ethical standards.

I served as the Program Lead-Business Development Manager on the USAID-County-Aide Sanitation Activity (CWSA), supervising county-level Business Development Advisors and District-level business development officers in Bong, Nimba, Lofa, Grand Bassa, and rural Montserrado. The major focus is to identify sanitation enterprises, integrate them in the system, conduct capacity needs assessment and identify capacity gaps, and develop capacity capacity-building mitigation plan for sustainability and viability.
