Busisa Thomas is the Head of Knowledge Management and Training at the Inter University Intellectual Network Co Ltd .He is a passionate knowledge Philanthropist who advocates for sharing of hard to find knowledge freely or affordably to those in most need as a fundamental contribution to humanity and as a path towards attaining the United Nations Standard Development Goals. He posses vast experience in training and capacity building , instructional design ,tailored e-learning hub development and implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration of Makerere University that he attained in 2014. He has attained Certifications in Foundations of Learning attained from the World Bank Group Open Learning Campus , International Financial Corporation and GLN as well as Training and Development for Managers attained from the Humanitarian Leadership Academy . Has has served in various capacities where he has accumulated valuable experience in learning and development , coaching, mentoring and training across the government , private and non -governmental sectors ;remarkable Uganda Revenue Authority, Bulkstream Logistics and his current placement. He serves as an adjunct key note speak with Rotary International-Rotary Club of Kyambogo as a Volunteer as well as a knowledge Management Specialist with Engineers without Borders.
