A certified professional coach, she works with and supports senior leaders, particularly females, to let go of self-doubt so they can successfully navigate leadership transitions with confidence and joy. Her focus areas are leadership and organizational coaching. In addition to coaching, she supports learning and leadership development programs within organizations through training and blended learning facilitation techniques.

Prior to setting up her coaching practice, she worked in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with 20 years of diversified experience in retail sales, service delivery, reputation management, community relations, incident management and crisis resolution, public affairs, and corporate communications.

She was the Head of Public Affairs & Communications at the Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd, a member of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Company (an anchor bottler of The Coca-Cola Company operating in 30 countries and listed on the London Stock Exchange). She held this position for eight years before transitioning successfully across leadership layers and from a support function to the business’s core operation (sales) as the National Key Accounts Director responsible for modern trade across Nigeria.

She has built a reputation for creating and capturing value for customers and organizations through optimized service delivery and process standardization. In the corporate world, she prioritized talent identification and development, as evidenced by associates who moved to higher leadership roles.

Adeyanju is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and holds an MBA from the Centre for Technology Policy, Nigeria. A member of the International Coaching Federation, she holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. She is a certified John Mattone Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, an Extended DISC & FinxS Accredited Consultant, a Narrative Coach Enhanced Practitioner, a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach and certified on the Zanga African Metrics Leadership Journey assessment. She is the Lead Coach/CEO of The Source Coaching Ltd, a Senior Coach & Trainer with TNM Coaching, an Associate Coach with CoachHub, and a Fellow Coach with BetterUP (a global digital coaching company).

She coaches across diverse cultures and has worked with clients in various industries and sectors – government, non-profits, financial services, consulting, manufacturing, energy and utilities, retail, and education.

She is an avid supporter and contributor to the education and well-being of underserved Nigerian children and invests in their development working through and with various NGOs. She sits on the Board of Courage Education Foundation.
