My duties and responsibilities are assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, or observations, designing comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals, developing training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning activities, and Conducting training sessions, workshops, seminars, or effectively.
During my more than 13 years of banking professional experience, I have been working as a Trainer, Branch manager, Branch business manager, Customer service manager, Senior branch controller, Customer service officer, and junior bank officer
