I am a certified trainer by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) (World Bank Group), and a certified management consultant & Trainer by the Ethiopian Management Institute (EMI). I have been working as a trainer and a management consultant for over six years. Before my present career, I have worked for two decades as in management, organizational development, and strategic human resource management in the the financial industry: insurance companies, micro finance companies, and banks. I have also worked as a Managing Director of a private consulting company, African Institute of Management, Development & Governance (AIMDG), for three years. I have lived in Europe, Asia, and America for over ten years, fully dedicating myself in supporting my husband, and three children, and further education (MBA from USA), in between my past and current experience. After my return home, I specialize in empowering professionals and managers through dynamic training and mentorship. My unique combination of local and international experience, coupled with ongoing professional development, allows me to provide adaptable and transformative training solutions. I also champion self-love as a foundation for personal and professional success. My ability to quickly adapt to challenging environments stems, as well as a dedication to continuous learning. I deliver training that is agile, relevant, and transformational. My expertise lies in delivering impactful training to professionals and managerial positions, and I am deeply committed to mentoring young professionals in all sectors and the Industry of the country.
