Salomon is deeply convinced that the economic recovery of the Central African Republic will only be possible through a stronger, more ambitious, and better-structured private sector. This conviction, almost a personal mission, has guided his commitment for more than seven years in supporting entrepreneurs, investors, and economic actors seeking to create, develop, or structure their activities in the country.

A Fellow of the YALI West Africa, Dakar Leadership Program and an active member of the YALI Central African Republic Association, he belongs to a generation of young leaders who believe in the power of entrepreneurship as a driver of stability, employment, and sustainable transformation. Passionate about finance, business, and strategic thinking, Salomon has chosen to turn his expertise into a tool for impact: training, advising, transferring knowledge, and opening doors where many only see barriers.

What sets him apart, beyond his technical expertise, is his human-centered approach and strong field awareness: he understands local realities, contextual challenges, and the potential that each idea and each project represents.
