Ahmed Dawud Jafer is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Holistic Training and Consultancy and an ILO Certified Financial Education and Business Management Trainer with extensive experience in designing, delivering, and managing capacity-building programes across Ethiopia, Ghana, and Nigeria.

He specializes in financial education, Training of Trainers (ToT), trainer certification, entrepreneurship development, business management, and SME capacity building. Ahmed has worked extensively with financial sector stakeholders, including microfinance institutions, financial service providers, business development service providers, startups, and entrepreneurship support organizations. Through his work with the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Association of Ethiopian Microfinance Institutions (AEMFI), and other development partners, he has supported the development and certification of trainers while promoting financial literacy, financial inclusion, and enterprise growth.

Ahmed has successfully delivered training, coaching, and mentoring programmes for trainers, bankers, financial service practitioners, entrepreneurs, and startup founders.
