Dr. Jane Amisi is a dedicated civil servant with the State Department of Lands and Physical Planning, where she drives impactful leadership development initiatives. As Founder and Director of Pinning Point Consultancy and Reflections That Inspire, she empowers leaders to expand their influence and create lasting change. Dr Amisi has graduated with a Doctorate in HRD from Malaya University, Malaysia. She’s a member of Toastmasters International, John Maxwell Team member, ICF Kenya Chapter member, Association for Talent Development (ATD) member, and completed the Face-to-Face Learning Course by ICF.
Dr. Amisi has engaged with clients from diverse fields ranging from real estate, corporate sectors, women's groups, schools, and church leadership over the last 10years. I strongly believe in a solution-oriented approach, coaching, personal growth, and value-based leadership. The more people can clearly understand themselves and equip themselves, the more productive we can become.
