Kiswendsida Ezéchiel Ouedraogo is an international certified coach, trainer of trainers, and leadership architect with more than 22 years of professional experience across Africa. Founder of Cabinet CFC, Académie CFC, and ECLA Coaching Group, he has dedicated his career to unlocking human potential and building organizations that thrive on leadership, collaboration, and excellence.
With an MBA in International Business from Jean Moulin University Lyon 3 and a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Abomey-Calavi, he combines rigorous academic grounding with a passion for people development. Ezéchiel is certified in leadership, coaching, DISC, emotional intelligence, training engineering, and TPMA standards, and is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Team and Toastmasters Ouaga Forum.
His track record includes working with UN agencies (UNDP, UNICEF, FAO, IOM, UNHCR, WFP, OHCHR), international donors, banks, and NGOs. He has led over 50 team-building events in more than 15 countries, facilitated retreats for senior managers, and designed innovative leadership programs that blend African wisdom and storytelling with international coaching standards.
Among his flagship contributions is the STAGI Program (Stratégie de Transition Active pour Génération Innovante), implemented in Mauritania and Congo with UNDP, which has supported more than 4,500 youth (40–45% women) in their transition to employment through internships, mentoring, and coaching. He also facilitates leadership retreats for African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD), where he empowers women scientists to strengthen their influence, align their vision, and build personal brands.
Through the Académie CFC, founded in 2015, Ezéchiel has certified over 120 speakers, trainers, and coaches who now serve as ambassadors of excellence across Africa. His book, “Oser rêver sa vie pour vivre le rêve”, reflects his personal conviction that transformation begins with bold vision and consistent action.
His training philosophy rests on three pillars:
Cultural authenticity – rooting leadership in African values, proverbs, and storytelling.
International standards – aligning with ICF competencies, TPMA methods, and proven tools like DISC.
Experiential learning – using ludo-pedagogy, coaching frameworks (PDLP, CARE, SORROPA), and interactive games (Échelle des Maîtres, Conscience Quest) to make learning dynamic and memorable.
In numbers, his impact speaks for itself: 5,000+ professionals trained, 50+ top managers mentored, and programs delivered in 23 African countries. He is also the President of the Community of Burkinabè in Rwanda, where he continues to inspire both professionally and socially.
Ezéchiel’s vision is clear: “We make Africa shine by creating an environment for individual and organizational growth through an African model of training and coaching with international quality standards.”
