From frontline banking roles to leading one of the country’s largest bank branches, my journey has shaped deep expertise in customer experience, leadership, banking operations, and workforce development. Today, I specialize in designing impactful learning systems that strengthen institutional performance and empower professionals to thrive in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Designed, delivered, and evaluated training programs for 20,000+ professionals across all organizational levels
Conducted 900+ training sessions and over 7,000 learning hours in customer experience, digital banking, leadership, risk management, compliance, and financial operations.
Led curriculum redesigns and Training Needs Assessments (TNA) that improved performance, engagement, and organizational capability
Spearheaded leadership and succession development initiatives that strengthened internal talent pipelines
Supported training and transformation initiatives across nearly all banks in Ethiopia
