​Sarah Kamohelo Ramhitshana is an accomplished learning and development (L&D) professional, facilitator, and human resources subject matter expert with eight years of robust industry experience. She specializes in designing and delivering impactful capacity-building programs across both the private and public sectors.

Over the past four years, Sarah has focused deeply on end-to-end facilitation, driving growth at every organizational level. Her versatile expertise spans directing work-readiness training for TVET college students, managing comprehensive Learnership and Internship programs, and delivering targeted coaching sessions for junior to mid-level managers. Trusted by senior leadership, she also conceptualizes and leads strategic alignment workshops for Deputy Directors and Directors.

​Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Business Sciences and Human Resources. Combining her deep academic foundation in organizational behavior with a strong track record as a Project Matter Expert, she partners with diverse learning institutions to bridge skills gaps, empower future talent, and build sustainable leadership pipelines.
