He designs and delivers performance-oriented learning interventions that strengthen underwriting discipline, procedural compliance, service standards, and portfolio quality—supporting branch networks, field teams, and MSME ecosystems.
He has delivered 1,000+ hours of facilitation and training across multiple regions. Over the last 4+ years he has led Development Credit Department training, and for 6+ years he has delivered “Procedural Aspects of Agri & Micro Lending” programs for branch managers, credit officers, and field teams. His work includes curriculum ownership, module development, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids (SOPs, checklists, FAQs), and train-the-trainer (ToT) initiatives. He mentors junior facilitators and branch trainers, coaches staff presenters, observes delivery, reviews facilitation quality, and standardises learning delivery to ensure consistent outcomes. He also supports training governance and quality assurance by using structured participant feedback, facilitation reflection, and field-performance indicators to continuously refine learning interventions.
Muditha is experienced in English-medium facilitation, documentation, executive presentations, and structured learning delivery, and is skilled in facilitating diverse learner groups ranging from frontline staff to senior management and external stakeholders. His facilitation contexts include branch operations, field teams, MSME entrepreneurs, rural communities, and multi-level audiences, delivered in face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid formats.
