Tanzeela Sehar Mirza
Trainer
Tanzeela Sehar Mirza is a highly experienced gender specialist, trainer, and program professional with over 15 years of expertise in gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, community mobilization, advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives. She has worked with major international organizations such as CARE International, UNDP, ILO, British Council, ActionAid, Oxfam, and others, delivering more than 100 training sessions across Pakistan. Her work includes program management, research, stakeholder engagement, GBV prevention initiatives, and designing training modules for marginalized women, youth, farmers, and minority groups.
Currently serving as Manager Projects at Empowerment Thru Creative Integration (ECI) Pvt. Ltd., she has recently served as a Master Trainer for CARE International’s Strive Women Program (2025), delivering training on entrepreneurship, financial management, and digital literacy. She also worked as a Provincial Associate with Mera Maan Pvt. Ltd. (2018–2025), contributing to research on women-led SMEs and women in agriculture, as well as supporting digital business training programs. Her background also includes HR support work and government health program experience with the Punjab TB Control Program.
Her education includes an MSc in Psychology, diplomas in business studies and computer science, and an ongoing LLB. She is fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi, and has received multiple awards recognizing her contributions to women’s empowerment and community development.
