I have over 12 years of experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in the cotton value chain. I participated for six years in a cooperative capacity building program, as Evaluator, Coach, and Specialist, following a partnership between OLAM AGRI and IFC. I was trained by the famous Djankou Ndjonkou and Bibiana Taku. I successfully carried out a women's empowerment program under the direction of Simon NANGO, IFC Ivory Coast representation.
