My final education was in governance. After graduation, I had the opportunity to work for a company called SEUP II, which provided training for entrepreneurs. At the time, I was only assisting because I wasn't yet qualified to be a trainer.

In 2007, I was asked to participate in training organized by the international NGO ILO. I'm always willing to take any training opportunity I can get.

In 2011, I was appointed as a civil servant, focusing on training for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on gender, youth, LGBT, women's empowerment, and domestic violence. My workplace is an institution that provides training to support entrepreneurs. Over time, I focused solely on training and development. Finally, I was allowed to deliver all the materials I learned from the Training of Trainers (TOT) and conduct Training of Entrepreneurs (TOE) to entrepreneurs.

I am happy to carry out this job well, responsibly, and with devotion to the nation.
