I am an IFC-LPI TPMA Certified Trainer, Learning and Development Associate, and Brand & Communications Specialist with a passion for developing people, strengthening organizational communication, and delivering impactful learning experiences.

In my role as a Learning and Development Associate, I support the design and delivery of coaching and learning programmes by developing training resources, coordinating facilitator and participant communications, managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), preparing evaluation reports, and maintaining training documentation in compliance with ISO standards.

My expertise spans learning and development, corporate branding, internal and external communications, training facilitation, and knowledge development that drives performance improvement and organizational growth. I also bring experience in data management and digital transformation, enabling organizations to communicate more effectively and optimize their operations in an increasingly digital environment.
