Aisha Nakanwagi has a background in economics and currently serves as a Programs Specialist at NSSF Uganda with over 10 years of experience in financial services, capacity building, and financial capability development. She specializes in designing and delivering impactful financial education programs that equip individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills to make informed financial decisions.

Throughout her career, Aisha has trained diverse audiences—including young professionals, workers, entrepreneurs, and community groups—and collaborated with public- and private-sector partners to expand access to quality financial education. She is passionate about adult learning, training-of-trainers, learner-centered facilitation, and developing scalable financial literacy interventions that drive sustainable behavior change.

Aisha is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Financial Literacy Master Trainer, and a member of the Uganda Financial Literacy Association, where she serves as Secretary for Research and Development. A strong advocate for financial inclusion. She is committed to empowering trainers and institutions to deliver engaging, practical, and evidence-based financial education that improves lives.
