Dokoria G. Denis is a seasoned training, communications, and business development professional with over 20 years of experience delivering high-impact capacity-building, advisory, and institutional development programmes across the public, private, and development sectors. He possesses extensive expertise in designing and facilitating strategic training interventions that strengthen organizational performance, stakeholder engagement, marketing effectiveness, and business sustainability.
Denis has successfully designed and delivered customized training programmes for corporates, financial institutions, agribusinesses, SMEs, government entities, associations, and development organizations across diverse thematic areas including marketing, branding, communication customer engagement, public relations, leadership, accountability, customer care, team work and business growth.
A highly accomplished Trainer of Trainers (ToT), Denis holds six internationally recognized training and facilitation certifications from leading global institutions including the International Finance Corporation (IFC)-World Bank, Learning & Performance Institute (UK), Centre for International Private Enterprise (USA), COLEACP (EU), and the Foreign Trade Training Centre (Egypt). His expertise spans training needs assessment, curriculum and material development, facilitation of in-person and online learning, coaching, performance assessment, and results-based training evaluation.
In addition to his consultancy and facilitation work, Denis serves as a Senior Training Consultant with LAP Marketing Consultants Ltd (Uganda) and CRESTCOM (Rwanda), supporting leadership and management development initiatives.
Denis holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Planning and Management, a Professional Diploma in Marketing (ACIM-UK), a Professional Diploma in Public Relations (MCIPR-UK), and specialized qualifications in agribusiness, export, and marketing management from Galilee International Management Institute.
