Her work covers HR policy development, performance management systems, employee engagement, recruitment and selection, leadership development, workplace culture and change management.
Ama has completed IFC online and face-to-face facilitation programmes. Her facilitation style is practical, engaging and inclusive. She uses group discussions, case studies, simulations, reflective exercises and real workplace examples to help participants understand concepts and apply them confidently. She believes that effective learning should go beyond sharing information to creating an experience that leads to action and measurable improvement.
She has facilitated training for professionals, managers, young graduates, university students, national service personnel, sales teams and pension advisors. She has also supported leadership and mentorship programmes including the Tamale and YOSFel Leadership and Mentorship Programmes.
Her key training areas include leadership and people management, performance management, employee engagement, workplace culture, career planning, coaching and mentoring, communication skills, emotional intelligence, recruitment and interview skills, curriculum vitae development, customer service, time management, workplace ethics, prompt engineering and responsible use of artificial intelligence. Ama brings a strong blend of strategic HR knowledge, practical workplace experience and learner-centred facilitation to every engagement. She takes time to understand the client, the participants and the expected outcomes before designing each session. This enables her to deliver training that is relevant, practical and connected to real organisational needs.
Her warm and professional approach creates a learning environment where participants feel comfortable contributing, asking questions and learning from one another. At the same time, she maintains clear learning objectives and ensures that each session produces practical takeaways and actions.
Ama is passionate about helping people grow, strengthening leadership capacity and supporting organisations in building productive and healthy workplaces. She is available for in-person and virtual training engagements with corporate organisations, development institutions, professional bodies, educational institutions and youth development programmes.
