Genevieve is a Pan-African feminist with over 15 years of experience across Africa in international development. She is the founder of Kaima Advisory Consulting, an Africa-based consultancy providing advisory, facilitation and capacity-building services to organisations working on leadership, gender equality, human rights, governance and organisational development.

Through Kaima Advisory Consulting, she designs and facilitates practical, participatory learning experiences for leaders, teams and organisations, with a focus on translating knowledge into action. Her work draws on feminist leadership approaches, inclusive leadership, safeguarding, strategic development, partnerships and institutional strengthening.

Genevieve is bilingual in English and French and brings extensive experience working with civil society organisations, international development partners, governments and networks across Africa.
