Moremi O Adeleye is a business consultant and senior training and capacity development expert with more than 15 years of experience in designing and delivering learning and organisational development programs for development, education, and other private sector firms. Her areas of speciality include training needs assessment, curriculum and instructional design, Training of Trainers, business advisory, strategy and organisational development.

As principal consultant at The Refuge Firm and co-founder and registrar of Twim Institute, Moremi has trained over 5000 learners and reached more than 20,000 people through facilitation in areas such as entrepreneurship, enterprise development, employability, strategy, operations management, professional development, sustainability and legacy. She is a trained Quality Assurance Assessor certified by the Nigerian National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) Centre of Excellence. At the heart of her work is turning technical know-how into the everyday skills needed to perform on the job.

One of her engagements includes the Kafawa programme, a MasterCard Foundation-funded capacity-building initiative for leather creatives. She designed and delivered a robust training curriculum covering soft skills, business development, business structure, business models, marketing, fundraising, presentation and personal leadership skills. Her interactive teaching model, including storytelling, practical exercises, and group work, generated immediate positive feedback and led to her being invited to serve as a judge in the program's business pitch session.

Following the successful engagement in 2022, she was invited by the same organisation to facilitate the Lagos Leather Fair Accelerator Program in both 2024 and 2025. There, she delivered sessions on business development and operations management for leather entrepreneurs. Feedback from the client, Femi Handbags (a subsidiary of My World of Bags and the convener of both Kafawa and the Lagos Leather Fair), includes "exceptional professionalism, deep subject matter expertise, and an outstanding ability to simplify complex business concepts into practical, actionable strategies" that participants could apply immediately within their businesses. Feedback from the client's project team also noted her ability to "inspire confidence" in participants and leave "a lasting impression" through clear, accessible facilitation of complex operational topics.

Moremi utilises in-person, online and hybrid training methodologies. Her training style is learner-centred and practical while adopting adult learning principles. She welcomes training and facilitation engagements focused on capacity building for individuals, teams and organisations to help them improve the effectiveness of their performance and achieve measurable, sustainable results.
