Isaac has over 12 years in agriculture and rural development and extensive experience working with private sector players and Government in the agribusiness sector. He has knowledge in developing innovative financing models that support private sector businesses. He has experience in developing capacity strengthening programme for agro-input dealers in West Africa.

He has strong leadership skills, research, planning and monitoring and evaluation, and skills in data intelligence gathering and analysis. Isaac has influenced team of project managers, research scientists, policy experts, to deliver superior technical assistance and add value to the work of Non-Governmental organizations and Ministry of Food and Agriculture. Isaac has organized training for agro-input dealers in Ghana. He has successfully led nationwide survey/census profiling agribusiness actors including seed companies and agro-input dealers in Ghana. He has employed Geographic Information System and ICT tools in enhancing operations and efficiency of the agribusiness sector in Ghana including agro-input dealers and produce aggregators as well as delivering extension services to farmers using various ICT platforms.
