I have over 17 years of experience in the training industry and 9 years as an entrepreneur.

I’m a certified trainer of the International Finance Corporation & the Learning Performance Institute (IFC/LPI) in business coaching.

I’m running an English language training small business whose name is In'Vent (English 1.2.3 International being the branding name) who initiated BEST Youth Camp 5 years ago and the Kids Reading workshop just this year 2019 in partnership with SCI Business Center (PROSUMA) and ‘‘LA FNAC’’.

As a Mandela Fellow 2014 from Clark Atlanta University (USA), I’m currently promoting free online courses designed by the US State Department to help young African youth get meaningful and needed skills to increase their competitiveness in the market place.

I have been training the youth, people with disabilities, women and professionals in English, in entrepreneurship, computer literacy and job readiness. I trained over 3,026 so far since the age of 23. And I want to do more because I just love it.

My areas of expertise are:
- Training in entrepreneurship & English
- Business coaching using the IFC/LPI methodology
- MSMEs diagnosis using the IFC/LPI methodology, and
- Project design and management

Finally, I am the deputy president of the National Network of Support Structures of SMEs in Côte d'Ivoire, an association working closely with the Ministry of the Promotion of SMEs in Côte d'Ivoire so as to help them go beyond 10 years of existence.
