Mr. François is a business management consultant and a certified multi trainer with GERME and LPI (Learning and Performance Institute) by the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group; he is a certified Scope Insight evaluator for the realization of diagnoses of professional agricultural organizations and FUNDES for industrial and commercial companies. Since 2009, Mr. Koffi Allah Abougonou François has been a consultant to the CSI group and various training firms (AMB Consulting, CCDE, PROMAK AFRIC and others) in Ivory Coast.

Since 2018, Koffi Allah Abougonou François has successfully led many comprehensive diagnoses of agricultural cooperatives, NGOs, industrial and commercial enterprises. He has also conducted numerous training courses in business creation and management, agricultural entrepreneurship, planning, project management, project evaluation and commercial development. Moreover, Allah Abougonou François has carried out many field coaching activities in support of capacity building for cooperative societies and groups of agricultural producers and other entrepreneurs or managers.

In addition, Koffi Allah Abougonou François is an agricultural producer and promoter, with a group of teachers of a training institution in the field of agricultural entrepreneurship: the Paul Semeur Institute, located in Bouaflé

Long before, from 1992 to 2008, Koffi Allah Abougonou François was a commercial executive in many industrial and commercial companies. These experiences allowed him to understand the management issues of small and large companies, the difficulties and the mechanisms deployed to overcome them. During these experiences, he worked with agricultural, industrial and commercial companies. This allows him to provide useful advice to current clients with whom he works as a consultant.
