Beina holds an honors degree in information technology and a postgraduate diploma in business management. She is a certified IFC-LPI as well as MASHAV (Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation) trainer delivering an international course in agribusiness - a tool for empowering rural women. Currently, she’s pursuing her Master in Business Administration degree, taking distance learning classes in the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA).

Beina has over 8 years of work experience in database management, system administration, and community women entrepreneurship development as a consultant and a trainer. She has worked with different organizations, such as Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs, Giant Technologies, women-owned multi-purpose cooperatives and Line Ministries in South Sudan. In Uganda, she has worked with a Non profit Organization (Action for People In Need Organization- APINO) that provides capacity building program to women groups in the internal displaced Camps. She is also a National Women Entrepreneurship Development Expert with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
