A resource person for companies and high net worth individuals on customer service delivery, HR, sales and marketing.

Raymond is the lead consultant-principal of Mindset, an organisational development consultancy in Ghana, who until recently were Country Associates for Free to Grow International based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Raymond is a seasoned human resources practitioner, with varied experience in the training, learning and organisational development arena. He was the learning and talent development manager at Fidelity Bank - Ghana’s 6th largest bank. He implemented various training programs for the bank, and played a pivotal role in the implementation of the Bank’s culture alignment program.

Prior to his work at Fidelity, Raymond was an advisory consultant with Ernst and Young Ghana, business development consultant and associate trainer with BJ Global (a Ghanaian human resources and training consultancy) and the HR manager for Gold Coast Securities, a leading investment services firm in Ghana.

He has extensive experience in public and private sectors in HR system reviews, setups and audits, developing content and providing training in soft skills.

Raymond has held a number of senior level HR and consultant positions with numerous blue chip companies in Ghana and is a motivational speaker at conferences, seminars and
events.

Raymond is a charismatic and engaging trainer, with years of facilitation experience.

He is currently the team lead, and head of training at First Atlantic Bank - Ghana based in Accra
