Comfort Ocran is the Executive Director of the Springboard Roadshow Foundation. She organizes and hosts an annual motivational and career guidance tour around Ghana called the Springboard Road Show. It serves as a platform for the nation's leading public and private sector leaders to interact and inspire up-and-coming youth.

In partnership with the Mastercard Foundation and Solidaridad, Comfort recently served as Project Lead for the Covid-19 Recovery and Resilience Program (CoRe Program) in Ghana. It was a platform that provided eLearning, eMentoring and eCounselling for over 2 million people to help them recover from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic (www.core.com.gh).

Springboard has directly impacted over three hundred thousand participants over the past fourteen years. Through the use of both traditional and social media, over five million have benefitted from Springboard’s interventions.

Comfort has an MPhil in Linguistics from University of Ghana, Legon and an MA in Theology from the Akrofi Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission & Culture.

Comfort is an IFC certified trainer. She is also a fellow of African Leadership Initiative, West Africa (ALIWA) and the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She is also a fellow of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor's Leadership Program.

Presently, she serves on the boards of the Bank of Ghana, Enterprise Insurance and the Ghana Institute of Literacy, Linguistics and Bible Translation (GILLBT)
