I am a certified accountant, an expert in risk management (RM) and in results-based management (RBM), and an IFC-LPI Certified Trainer. I have more than 20 years of experience developing efficient solutions for improving business performance in private and public sectors, in both Europe and Africa. These included producing reliable financial statements in accordance with IFRS, SYSCOHADA and donor guidelines (e.g. WB, AfDB, IDB), conducting financial audit missions (ISA/IPSAS/INTONSAI) following risk-based approach to implement risk management tools in accordance with COSO and IIA standards (risk mapping), as well as performance monitoring tools (management control system - ABC method), to provide sound advice (studies, public finance diagnostics) or to organize training sessions in accounting and external/internal control techniques.

Between 2015 and 2017, I assisted the government of Niger as an expert in finance working on the Technical Assistance Project Ownership of the KANDADJI Program or Program of Development of Water Resources and Sustainable Management of Ecosystems in the Niger Basin ($1,000 billion from 11 donors).

Eager to develop my business skills, I became familiar with regulations in banking (PCB, Basel), airport services, computer security (COBIT), high-rise buildings (IGH) and food security in hotel industry (HACCP).

My fields of expertise can be summarized as M.A.R.T.I.S.: Management (strategy, corporate finance and capital analysis, procurement, and fundraising); Audits; Risk Management (risk mapping, internal audit mission, etc.), Training, and Information Systems (BI, knowledge management).
