Education is neither linear nor smooth. Its pursuit involves a lot of sacrifices, for instance, friends, family members and foregoing beautiful scenery and environment. However, it is a valuable tool whose proper application enables us to meet the dynamics of the twenty first century in fashion. Starting leadership and management career at a tender age, endowed me with many opportunities to lead and manage people of distinct characters. At a personal level, I work as an administrator, deputy dean and a lecturer of economics in the School of Social and Economic Studies-University of Juba. I have served as the head of Department of Economics which gave me the core competence to take any administrative role. Many always think learning eventually stops after graduating from a College or an Institution. Learning is a continues process aimed at providing an individual with unique skills for effective service delivery. To this regard, I am currently pursuing PhD in Economics - University of Nairobi. Besides lecturing, I have worked with Equity Bank - South Sudan as an operation officer. Further, in an effort to empower community in the rural area to realize the potential, I worked with the community in the farm project as a way to reduce vulnerability to poverty and mulnutrition in a fragile state by making agriculture works for all.
