I have over 14 years’ experience in managing human resources in international INGOs. Am also a trainer of trainers with LAP Marketing Uganda and a certified LPI trainer. Training, teaching and coaching in management and human resource practices has been my passion and career choice. To this day, I enjoy passing the knowledge I have acquired through a broad spectrum of experience to others. I find great satisfaction to see individuals, and teams in SMEs and companies achieve their business goals by applying the knowledge received through trainings as learning never stops. I have embraced the art of capturing learner’s attention and keeping them engaged throughout the training sessions to ensure that learners get the best out of the sessions and also have a lasting memory of the presentation.

I truly love what I do, and whether I’m working with an individual or an SME or a multinational, I will still have the same energy and passion to give in all the effort so that they succeed.

• Master’s in Business Administration with a bias in Human Resources, from Indhira Gandhi National Open University, India.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Uganda Management Institute
• Bachelors in Secretarial Studies of Makerere University Kampala
• Associate HR consultant with HRP Solutions LTd, Kampala
• Associate HR trainer with LAP Marketing Solutions, Kampala

Personal Interest:
Training, learning, swimming, singing and having time for church.
