Tesfakiros Arefe has more than 18 years of work experience. He worked in the capacity of expert, HR manager, technical advisor, consultant, trainer, and researcher in the public sector, private business organizations, local and international non-governmental organizations, and international governmental organizations (UNDP, World Bank, ILO, GIZ ). His areas of specialization and interests are HRM, leadership development, public service governance, public sector reform, corporate governance, training, and development.

Tesfakiros holds three BA degrees (political science & international relations, history, finance & development economics) and two MA degrees (public administration, and leadership & good governance).
