Natural trainer with a good blend of humour and seriousness

Sanath, I have been in many of your training programs as a learner and as an observer, so here are some of my thoughts:

Excellent Delivery

I was very fortunate to be a trainee of the TOT programme conducted by Mr. Sanath Vidanagamage to develop FMCG sector in Sri Lanka together with IFC and CBL.  As the lead trainer, Sanath imparted his sound knowledge to the participants through the very rich contents that he had developed by himself. And also his effective  communication  skill enabled participants throughout the course. His inspiring behavior motivated me to be an effective trainer. During the training session, Sanath demonstrated his professional qualities as the lead trainer, which immensely supported others for transformation. I was really impressed by his excellent, simple, and clear way of convincing even some difficult matters.  He is well organized and punctual.
