Adeniyi Nehemiah Aromolaran, The Transformer, is a Certified International Finance Corporation/Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) Trainer.

He is the founder/group chief development officer of The Nehemiah Place, Africa's innovative people, organisation and country development solutions firm.

He concurrently serves as the chief executive officer/country team lead at Nehemiah Resources Limited, an investment channel company.

He is an 'Expert in Residence' and Faculty member at the Enterprise Development Center, Pan African University.

He was team lead for several organisational, leadership, learning, strategy, process, and public sector reforms interventions, for frontline banks, insurance companies, the government, MDAs, energy, hospitality, not for profit organisations and business owners.

Previously, he was the head, HR consulting, learning management, public sector reforms and executive team leadership at VIC Lawrence & Associates, Business Strategy & Process Re-Engineering Consultant at Heirs Insurance Company Limited, divisional head, Corporate Services at UBA Insurance Limited and Group Head, Corporate Development & Strategy at CrystaLife Assurance Plc, (now ARMLife Assurance Plc.)

In 2013, following his early retirement as an Executive Management Staff in the Financial Sector, Adeniyi set up a number of Social Enterprise Platforms: HR Mentoring Platform with AA, Enterprise Development Program 4 Women, Young People Internship Program, Achieving Well-Being in Retirement, Youth Engagement Agenda- for Young Adults in Secondary Schools and "RESET" - a business restructuring workshop.

In 2018, he envisioned and became the Convener/Champion of "Rethinking Business Conduct and Practices- a sustainable concept to transforming Nigeria's business eco-system.
The concept is to promote and drive self regulation.

Adeniyi is a leadership & organization development consultant, enterprise mentor, well-being advocate, conference speaker and youth engagement counsellor.

He is the convener/promoter, "Rethinking Business Conduct and Practices" - a sustainable concept for the transformation of Nigeria's business eco-system and the integrity bond initiative, as a preventive measure to address the compromises and sharp practices in the procurement process of the Federal Government of Nigeria.
