Mrs. Nana Bema Kodwiw is an astute learning and development specialist with about fifteen (15) years of working experience with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), human resource organizations, and financial institutions.  She is a thought leader and human resources management and development consultant.

Nana Bema holds a postgraduate diploma in industrial relations, from  the Association of Business Executives from the United Kingdom and Ghana Employers Association; and  a master’s degree in human resource development from the University  of  Cape Coast. She  graduated from  the  Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with  a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture. 

Nana Bema is a certified trainer, a corporate coach, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a  certified Strategic Human Resources Professional (SHRPTM). She is a member of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI)  and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). 

As a training specialist, she has gone through the Return on Investment (ROI) methodology training by the ROI Institute of the United States of America.  

Nana Bema has been leading the learning and development activities  of over three thousand (3,000) employees in the last five (5) years. She was also part of the team that implemented the current balanced scorecard performance management system at GCB Bank Limited.

She has also developed and facilitated several  training  programs and has  built the capacity of about five hundred (500) farmers and administered health, nutrition, sanitation, and water interventions among many rural community members. Over the past years, she has taken up projects with SHRM as part of multicultural subject matter experts.

Nana Bema is passionate about organizational development, diversity, and inclusion.
