Esther is a microfinance consultant, business coach, and trainer with over 20 years of experience. She has served in the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) business segment of the economy while working in microfinance and banking institutions.

She has trained customers of various banks in Kenya like Cooperative Bank, Equity Bank, and KCB Bank. She has also trained staff of several microfinance institutions on best practices in the industry. Esther has also been engaged in different programs to provide business development services to budding and experienced entrepreneurs.

She is an IFC-LPI TPMA trainer and assessor, an IFC master trainer who has trained and assessed many trainers. She is a certified finance trainer in the SINAPIS program. She is an ILO-certified trainer in the “Start and Improve Your Business” (SIYB) program and has trained aspiring and seasoned entrepreneurs on how to generate business ideas and prepare business plans.

She is the CEO and co-founder of G-Tri Company Limited a business consulting and training company that excels in equipping the MSME sector in Africa.

Esther holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Nairobi and an MBA in finance from Maseno University, Kenya.
