Nancy is currently a trainer at retail and mortgages KCB Bank Group Ltd. In this position she is responsible for formulation, evaluation, monitoring, coordination and execution of all retail and mortgage divisions learning programs within the human resource division. Nancy has been in the learning space since 2015. With extensive experience in developing programs, Nancy has delivered various training that include leadership programs, sales on-boarding program, customer service, relationship management and bank branch operations.

Prior to being a trainer, Nancy held the position of a graduate trainee, where she was tasked with the branch business growth and excellent customer service.

Nancy is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Human Resource at Kenyatta University, Kenya. She also has a bachelor of commerce (finance) degree from Kenyatta university. In addition, she has a Premier diploma in Human Resource from Cambridge International College. Nancy is a certified training facilitator by Development Dimensions International and an IFC-LPI TPMA certified trainer. She is a trained coach by career connections, Kenya, and holds an ROI certificate from ROI Institute, Canada.

Nancy was born and raised in Kenya at the Great Rift Valley. She is married to Glenfield K Tubei, a financial accountant. She has three children ages nine, eight and one. She is a born again Christian and is in fellowship with Christ is the Answer ministries (CITAM).
