Faith is a learning and development professional with a broad experience in training and business relationship management skills. She completed IFC's Training of Trainer course, is a Business Edge alumni, and has subsequently facilitated IFC training programs as a consultant.

Faith has worked with both large corporate organizations and SME’s, carrying out training needs analysis, facilitating training and designing
business growth strategies.

She has worked in both formal employment and consulting, as a trainer and has more than ten years of experience as a training professional. Faith is passionate about instructional design. She is capable of formulating technical jargon into relatable messaging for the clients and participants through various learning experiences. Faith has designed and developed numerous training programs and learning experiences for adult learning, as well as child focused learning, given her education background as trained teacher. She has a worked in the Telco's and fintech industries as a trainer and business development professional.

In addition to her training profession, she is a creative writer and the author of a series of children's books, including, 'Little Thithinda and the Wind Game' and 'Gumba Goes on Safari', all of which have been translated to Swahili.

Faith lives in Nairobi, Kenya with her family and beloved library.
