Trainer

Kamuri has over 15 years of experience in people, business strategy and organizational development. During those years he worked with individual and business clients from diverse backgrounds, including disadvantaged youth, officers from disciplined forces, shop-floor workers, management and supervisory employees, corporate executives, SME employees and entrepreneurs. He holds an MBA in strategic management from the United States International University (USIU). Kamuri's career spans teaching sciences, outdoor training, business consulting and recently he has grown to be a master experiential trainer. He is a certified IFC Trainer; that's in addition to having other Trainer of Trainers certifications and being an associate member at the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM). Simon has a passion for youth development and has been a founding volunteer and program director for Pathways Youth Empowerment Program organized under the auspices of ACK St. Joseph of Arimathea. He is currently the managing consultant at Venturespring Consultants Limited where he offers organizational development, entrepreneurship coaching and business advisory services for diverse clients. Kamuri is also an adjunct faculty member conducting business strategy and entrepreneurship courses at United States International University (USIU-A) and is a doctoral candidate in entrepreneurship at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
