Lola Falokun is passionate about promoting entrepreneurship and she has immersed herself with helping aspiring, upcoming and existing entrepreneurs discover their creativity, innovative ideas and think globally. She has facilitated on a couple of entrepreneurial programs conducted by Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Pan-Atlantic University where she currently works as a project manager.

For over 10 years, she has managed a platform ‘SME Toolkit’ for EDC as part of the online resources available to SMEs. With over 100,000 registered users on this platform, she has been able to expand the reach beyond Nigeria and this has imparted enormously on many businesses in the area of growth and development.

Lola is a certified SME Toolkit trainer by International Finance Corporation (IFC) and an alumni member of Enterprise Development Centre, Lagos Business School and School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University.

She has worked on a number of enterprise development projects such as the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Scholarship, the IFC, business edge training methodology by localization the content, Cherie Blair Foundation for Women ‘Road to Business Growth program (1 & 2), Ecobank ‘New Venture Initiative’, Etisalat ‘Now 9mobile’ Easy Business Millionaires hunt for 2 rounds and the Sterling Bank ‘The Pitch Nigeria powered by SME Toolkit challenge’. An e-learning expert, she worked with the team that developed the online learning management system and BDSP portal at EDC.

With experience in project management, expertise in customer relations and SME development, this has built her capacity in offering very credible business advisory to SMEs both alumni and non–alumni members of EDC.

Her current interests include sustainability of small growing businesses as well as working with organizations to accelerate SME growth. She is happily married with a son.
